Spread across an expansive area, Amwaj is a city within a city offering a fully integrated destination where one can live, work, dine, wander around and be entertained within a secure and intimate environment.

Built on a network of navigable canals, Amwaj is a walking city featuring high quality apartments, landscaped public spaces, marinas, offices, retail outlets, branded hotels, a convention center, and a mix of entertainment facilities.

The project is designed by TRO/Jung Brannen Associates in cooperation with Reichen et Robert & Associés. Backed by 135 years of combined experience in international architecture, design, engineering and master planning, TRO/Jung Brannen Associates brings with it a strong lineage of exceptional and responsive design. Sama Dubai is also collaborating with top Moroccan and international consultants such as CID (Conseil Ingénierie & Développement) which has been appointed as the main consultants for the first phase of Amwaj. Some of the other major consultants include Currie & Brown for cost management and Khalid & Alami for infrastructure management.
